I can see through walls now.They help reduce eye strain under a 600w equivalent 3k full spectrum LED grow light. I found out I should if git green instead of blue. The description does not really which to use for full spectrum LED, not the blurple full spectrum but 3k spectrum which has a white color instead of purple.
