The chandelier looks rough when it arrives in the box- kind of like silver metal sticks that have been inpatiently welded together. The sticks have holes in them that the glass drops are attached onto. Don't give up now. It looks completely different when it's done. You hang this contraption from the ceiling. Definitely plan to hang the fixture low and have help with the electrical part. I think it took two of us just under 1.5 hrs to hang all of the shiny glass drops. You get into a rhythm. Your patience will pay off. This chandelier is gorgeous. The glass droplets catch the light and SHINE. So elegant. My SO said he thinks it looks like an alien life form dripping from the ceiling. So I think that means he loves it too.Well, considering there were no directions with this chandelier, electrician and I had to learn on our own.Branches that you want to move have to be lifted or drawn down by your own hand carefully so as not to break them off. The light is definitely not as full as it looks in the picture. Overall, just not my best purchase.The crystal “raindrops “ are very difficult and time consuming to attach. I have hours in and they are not done yet. When completed I will post a picture.If I had to do over again I would not purchase this light, due to price ,difficulty ,and lack of directions, and not worth the price for the size.This chandelier is not a true gold. It is more of copper/soft rose gold. This makes it incredibly difficult to match with my decor. I'm. Not sure if I'll need to return it yet. Maybe getting yellowee bulbs will help.For the price, in comparison to others with a similar appearance, this light was a very good deal. I really wanted this to work. I'm so glad I opened this soon after it arrived, because I often have things sitting in a corner while we renovate our home and are busy completing other projects first. This was a huge disappointment to open. The smell is STRONG. I don't know how to describe it, but it's a chemical smell meets automotive parts smell. And it did not go away even after I waited 4-5 days to think about what I wanted to do with this. If the disappointment had stopped there, I might have kept it and let that odor dissipate. But the welds are fixed, not jointed, so you cannot shape this how you wish, as you can with other lights like this. The welds are terribly done, and the paint is pretty tacky, so it just emphasizes the overall poor quality of the fixture. The way it is hung looks really nice, and the little glass pieces are wrapped well and appeared to be of good quality. We were planning on hanging this over our dining room table, which would put the flaws right above eye level on full display. You could get away with this light if you were hanging it up high and were not able to look right at the welding points, but yeah, overall, this looks like a DIY project being sold as a luxury light fixture.Very cheaply made. Looks nothing like pictured. If you want your home to look expensive don’t buy thisThis product is absolutely horrible quality. The welds look like a child did it. It isn't near as full as it looks in the pictures. Mine had a random branch that was WAY longer than the rest. What a waste of my time to even open the box. Do not buy this!This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous. It’s part lighting fixture, part art piece. The raindrop crystals shimmer and shine whether the lights are on or not. I keep walking through this room because it makes me feel joyous, like a child on Christmas morning. Seller is great, very responsive. One crystal arrived damaged and I broke one while attaching (slipped out of my hand - oops). I contacted the seller and they quickly sent several replacement crystals, so now I’ll have a couple in reserve, just in case. The branches are sturdy and you can easily move them to get the shape you desire. I’m so happy with this magical chandelier. If it were a human, I’d marry it.
