After my dad elderly dad assembled the chandelier, and got on a ladder to install it, put all the bulbs in it, only for one of the chandelier arms to have a shortage so one bulb did not work, and all the bulbs were new so we removed the bulb and sure enough it worked. All that hard work installing the chandelier into the ceiling only for ONE of the arms to have a shortage is frustrating, we can only hope this does not happen after installing the new oneThis light is absolutely amazing!
