This package arrived quickly and was so well packed! It was easy to installed and works just fine. The 3 levels of lighting is fun and a nice feature. It is so quiet and fits perfectly in a lower ceiling.It works so well. Powerful and efficient.I like the different lightingDue to COVID it took months to find someone that was able to install this fan in my house. The instructions are just a picture with a few broken English instructions. The wiring is not American wiring, it is super thin and took forever to get the caps to catch the wiring. We finally got it attached and now the remote won't work. I contacted Amazon and was told to contact the seller. If I don't hear back from the seller in 2-3 business days contact Amazon. In the meantime my kids have no light/fan in their room because the fan doesn't work without the remote.Will not impress you as a fan. Nice light but minimal air movement. Very quite, kind of cheap looking.returned it - it was the worst fan ever - do not buy . Lowest power I have ever felt . Do not buyWe need an enclosed fan for our kids bedroom with a bunk bed but the search for an affordable one continues. This was installed and the fan was SO small and weak you could not feel a thing even when standing directly underneath it. It was lightweight which was nice for the install and the light features were cool but for an actual fan it was completely useless.
