PerfectUpdate! Wow! 5 stars for customer service! They contacted me about my order right away and immediately offered to make it right. Wonderful service!Really pretty but all of the cups came bent along with some of the arms. The “candlesticks” all lean in different directions and it’s almost impossible to adjust them enough to get them all straight. Packaging was horrible. (And I’m guessing why so many pieces came damaged) it looks like they just threw all the pieces in a box, tossed a piece of old styrofoam on top and taped it up.First off, the good. This chandelier is perfect in my breakfast area as it matches with my current theme of my home. It provides adequate lighting if you use LED bulbs and bulb were not included just as it was indicated. It took about an hour to assemble and install which is about right for this size of a project.Now the not so good. The chandelier came in mediocre packaging where they could have used slightly better quality foam mold that didnt crumble making a mess(not that big of a deal but still a little annoying IMO). The wiring I found should have been better color coded in the standard black, white and green and shouldn’t have been labeled with stickers that can come off then making the wiring trivial and possibly dangerous. Lastly, some of the arms were slightly bent making the chandelier not aesthetically symmetrical(could just be my own personal problem).All in all, this light is good at a reasonable price point but if manufacturer can make improvements on packaging and color coding wiring then it would be perfect.This is a very nice looking light fixture. Assembly wasn’t hard, but the poorly written instructions didn’t make it very easy either. Assembly and installation (single person) took under a hour, with much of the time spent in running the wire through the chain and figuring out the ideal height. The ideal height will likely change once bulbs are installed. As advertised, bulbs weren’t included, hence the dark photos.It’s a nice classic design with matte black finish. Has 6 bulb holders (E12 type), with a total width of about 26 inches. I would recommend this product.Very satisfied with this chandelier. Very easy to install and very clear directions. This chandelier makes the room so much better, and is very bright as well. Great value. Highly recommend it.Was looking for a black and modern chandelier that can also match the rustic look of stones inside the home. Still have some work to do to turn the stone to grayish tones but so far this chandelier made a huge difference already.Took about 30 min from start to finish. EASY to install and it looks amazing.This light fixture did not disappoint . Looks exactly as featured. The packaging was well done. The gold is not shinning which I love. Highly recommend!!
